Cancellation Policy:

There will be a cancellation fee of 20% if you fail to show for your appointment and/or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.  

New Clients: Please arrive at least 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to fill out our brief intake form. All clients please be aware that any guest who arrives more than 10 mins late will NOT receive their full appointment time.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic 20% cancelation fee. (203) 200-0103 (call or text)
